What is Ayurvedic Health Coaching?

Sthira Health offers coaching, not medical treatment. It's a complement to the care you get from your doctor and other health professionals, not a replacement for it.

Each person will received a personalized assessment and plan. Your plan may include lifestyle adjustments, dietary changes, herbs, aromatherpy, and other natural therapeutics. In order to support you to implement these tools, regular follow-up visits are recommended over a 6 to 12 month period.

In Canada, Ayurveda is not a licensed profession. It is a complementary service, not a replacement for your health care providers. An Ayurvedic Assessment does not replace a medical evaluation.

Ayurveda assessments and tools are intended to be guidance for you to create an optimum environment in your body and mind for healing to take place.

Cancellation Policy: Appointment cancellation or rescheduling require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice will receive a full refund, minus $5 administration fee. No refund will be issued with less than 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
